Skills:
• French and English advanced level. (will be evaluated).
• Good terminology in both languages.
• Good communication skills.
• Be able to take notes in a good pace.
Responsibilities and Duties:
• Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times
• Responding promptly to customer calls and emails
• Communicating with customers through various eCommerce channels
• Acknowledging and resolving customer needs
• Knowing our products inside and out so that you can answer questions
• Processing orders, forms, applications, and requests
• Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments and complaints
• Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process
• Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support
Qualifications:
• Ability to stay calm when customers are stressed or upset
• Comfortable using computers and software
• Experience working in a fast-paced team environment
• Experience working with household appliances preferred
REQUIREMENTS:
• Live in Mexico.
• Laptop or desktop.
• Cellphone: iPhone (6 and up, not SE) / Android (7.0 and up).
• Internet with a minimum speed of 5 MB download and 3MB upload (NO satellite service).
• INE or Valid Mexican Passport.
