We (Torre) are helping Remote Latinos find a top candidate to join their team full-time for the role of Google & Meta Ads Expert.

Compensation:
USD8 - 16/hour.

Location:
Remote (for Spain, Equatorial Guinea, Mexico, Venezuela, Uruguay, Peru, Paraguay, Ecuador, Colombia, Chile, Bolivia, Argentina, Puerto Rico, Dominican Republic, Nicaragua, Honduras, Guatemala, El Salvador, Costa Rica, Panama, and Cuba residents).

What makes you a strong candidate:
- You have 2+ years of experience in digital marketing and Google Ads.
- You are proficient in analysis, Meta Ads Manager, A/B testing, and campaign management.
- English – Native or fully fluent.

Responsibilities and more:

We are searching for a seasoned Google & Meta Ads Manager to join our team and drive impactful results in a competitive digital advertising landscape. As an integral part of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing ad campaigns on Google and Meta platforms. Your strategic thinking, combined with a data-driven approach, will be key to achieving our clients' advertising goals and maximizing ROI.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct keyword research, craft compelling ad copy, and come up with creative ideas for campaign performance. Continuously fine-tuning campaigns, setting benchmarks and suggesting exciting new tests for better results.
- Stay up to date on any new trends to capitalize on new revenue opportunities to optimize client retention. Use data-driven strategies to recommend to clients to meet clients objectives.
- Make sure funnels/websites are not just ready, but perfectly polished and set up for incoming traffic. You will be optimizing and experimenting with A/B tests on ad copy, images/videos, and funnels, all with the goal of surpassing performance goals.
- Analyze Google media business and associated metrics daily to ensure client success, providing insightful synthesis, interpretation and action plans based on performance data, while also monitoring campaign performance, analyzing data, and delivering regular reports and insights to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with internal teams to create cohesive campaigns across digital and social media platforms. Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals.
- A good understanding of Social, Email, Display, Native and Programmatic media buying and how all these channels come together and serve a brand’s purpose.

Campaign Management:
- Develop and execute comprehensive ad strategies on Google and Meta platforms.
- Optimize campaigns through A/B testing, audience segmentation, and performance analysis.

Creative Development:
- Collaborate with the creative team to spread compelling ad creatives that resonate with target audiences. (you won't need to make the creatives yourself.)
- Ensure all ad content aligns with client objectives and brand guidelines.

Performance Analysis:
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics to identify trends and insights.
- Use data to make informed decisions and drive continuous improvement in ad performance.

Team Collaboration:
- Provide regular updates and reports on campaign performance to the Project Managers and Onboarding Specialists, offering strategic recommendations.

Candidate Profile:
- 2+ years of experience conducting Google Media Buying activities - a plus if experienced conducting Google Ads campaigns for Personal Injury law firms.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing and Google Ads campaigns in particular.
- Managed over 6 figures of ad spend - a plus if experienced managing over 6 figures of monthly ad spend.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills - fluent in English and Spanish.
- Must be comfortable with constant changes that come with operating in a fast paced environment.
- Google ads certification is a plus.
- Attention to detail is a must. Pay attention to the details of the task and ensure its completion accurately and in a timely manner.
- Proven track record of profitably managing ad budgets of $10k or more per month.
- Proficiency in TikTok Ads is a significant advantage.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, direct response environment, delivering results and driving ROI.
- Deep understanding of audience targeting, campaign optimization, and ad creative development.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
