Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to increase our income and expand our market presence.
• Lead the sales team to meet and exceed monthly revenue targets, ensuring high levels of dedication and productivity.
• Support Sales Executives in closing high-volume and monetary deals successfully.
• Conduct performance reviews & KPIs, provide constructive feedback, and recognize achievements to support professional growth.
• Maintain high-performance standards, ensuring that each team member aligns with and contributes to the team's sales objectives.
• Collaborate closely with various internal departments to align sales strategies with customer needs.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Administration, Business, Marketing, Communication, or a related field.
• A minimum of 5 years of proven sales leadership experience, with a track record of leading teams to exceed revenue targets.
• Demonstrated expertise in sales coaching, with a history of developing high-level Sales Executives.
• Proficiency in various sales methodologies.
• Previous experience as a Sales Executive, with strong team leadership skills.
• Experience in business environments.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Knowledge of the manufacturing industry is a plus but not required.
• Must have communicative and fluent knowledge of English.
