Job Title: Deputy Manager/ Manager
Job Role: After Sales & Parts
Experience: 12-15 Years
Qualification: A degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, Agricultural)
Reporting: Head of Sales and Marketing.
Work Location: San Luis Potosí
Target Industries tractor (preferred) / Farm equipment / Agri implements/ earth moving equipment / Automobile – Truck / heavy vehicle industries
Roles and Responsibilities (service):
• To prepare and maintain Warranty Certificate documents and After Sales Service agreements /documents as per the government regulations and amendments.
• Support Dealer Service Managers and Technical team to resolve field issues / concerns on time.
• Spare parts coordination and support; Implementation of marketing activities to meet targets.
• Network expansion for Service improvements and Spare Parts sales.
• Service absorption ratio.
• Measure customer retention, renewal of subscriptions.
• Implementation of service campaigns to meet targets.
Roles and Responsibilities (parts):
• Review warranty Claims as per the company warranty policy / T&C and technically validate for necessary processing.
• Proactively implement Quality Service system in the regions and pre delivery inspection.
• Implement measures to improve CSI score.
• Review Initial Product Quality and perform PDI audit checks and initiate necessary corrective action with plant and Quality team.
• Support SAM checks and special tool identification, ensure serviceability of spare parts and co-ordinate with PMG to prepare necessary training documents for NPI.
• Competency Development for Service & Spare Parts Team.

Salario:
$75,000.00 Mensual
